Remote, UK-based | Travel: Europe, with US expansion planned | Full-time | realistic OTE £58,000 +

What will I be doing?

You'll sell sponsorship packages to HR service providers who want direct, relaxed time with senior HR decision-makers.

• Prospecting and winning new sponsors across Europe, and in the US as we expand
• Managing the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract
• Building long-term relationships with sponsors and driving repeat and multi-event bookings
• Owning revenue targets for each event and across the season
• Travelling to events across Europe, particularly Germany, to meet clients in person

Success looks like 4 sponsorships closed for our Q1 2027 events in your first 90 days, and an average of two sponsors per event within 6 months.

What do I need?

• A proven track record of hitting sales targets in events, sponsorship or media
• Confidence selling to marketing and commercial leaders
• An existing network among HR tech, benefits and wellbeing providers is a big plus
• Self-motivation and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Happiness to travel regularly
• German language skills are a strong advantage; French is a bonus

Who are we?

Executive Wing runs People Purpose, an invite-only dinner series for senior HR leaders. We host events in London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Paris, with New York planned for next year. Each dinner is small and focused: a moderated panel, seated dinner and table discussions, with three non-competing sponsors per event.
