What would I be doing?
You’d take the lead on sales for their buzzing creator-focused conferences - working across sponsorship, exhibition, and commercial opportunities.

That includes converting inbound leads, driving new business, and growing existing accounts. You’d handle the full sales cycle, from identifying fresh prospects to negotiating and closing deals. Alongside the team, you'll attend events, meet with key decision-makers, and play a big part in the company's ongoing growth.

  • You know how to build genuine relationships and you’ve got a consultative approach when it comes to sales.

  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, ask the tough questions, or handle objections.

  • You thrive in a busy environment and can juggle multiple deals without dropping the ball.

  • Above all, you're a team player with a strong sense of integrity.

 

What qualifications and experience do I need?

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a solid track record of hitting targets.

  • Previous event sales experience is a big plus.

  • Some knowledge or passion for influencer marketing, digital marketing or the creator economy is ideal – or at least the willingness to learn fast.

  • Experience using a CRM (they use HubSpot).

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to senior leaders.

  • You can work independently and have a real hunger to succeed.

 

Whats in it for me?

You’ll get a salary between £33,000 and £38,000 depending on your experience and where you're based, plus a £10K OTE on top. The role comes with a hybrid working setup, so you’ve got flexibility to split your time between home and the office.

You’ll start with 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and that goes up the longer you’re with us. There’s also a holiday exchange scheme if you fancy buying or selling a few days.
