What would I be doing?
As an Event Coordinator, you will be at the heart of producing a diverse portfolio of events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing a series of B2B events
- Working closely with third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Keeping meticulous records and creating polished, presentation-ready materials across various platforms, including spreadsheets, websites, and event documents
- Coordinating logistics with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Managing event budgets to maximise impact
- Travelling internationally to oversee events and guarantee their success
What would they expect from me?
- A minimum of one years experience in the event industry
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and excel in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
What qualifications and experience do I need?
- A minimum of 1 years experience in the event industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events concurrently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for quickly building relationships
- Experience working within budget limitations to deliver outstanding results
- Familiarity with event management software
