Who are we?
We're the team behind "People Purpose by Executive Wing" - lovely dinner evenings for very senior HR people, in wonderful venues in London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Paris (New York's next, so we're practising our American!).
Great food, better conversation, and a room full of people who actually run HR at some huge companies. We're small, fast-moving, and allergic to corporate stiffness.
What would I be doing?
You'll be the friendly voice that gets brilliant HR leaders through our doors. You'll be reaching out to CHROs, VPs of HR and HR Directors, telling them why they'd love an evening with us, and turning "maybe" into "yes, count me in please."
- Outreach to senior HR contacts via email, LinkedIn and phone
- Qualifying and converting interest into confirmed delegate bookings
- Managing your own pipeline across multiple cities
- Working with the events team to make sure every dinner is full of the right people
- Joining us on our European and American travel to the events
What would we like from you?
- Comfortable with AI, tech, operating systems and social media - we love new tech and apps
- Confident, professional communicator
- A self-starter
- Quick learner with the drive to hit targets
What qualifications do I need?
- Some experience in sales, delegate sales, or hospitality sales is a bonus but not essential
- A degree is nice to have but we honestly care more about attitude, drive and whether you'd be good company at one of our dinners
