What would I be doing?

As a Delegate Sales Executive, daily tasks will include:

  • Sourcing new business online via email and LinkedIn, as well as over the phone
  • Establishing profitable business relationships with key influencers and decisionmakers across Europe and the Middle East
  • Interacting with clients face-to-face at the events themselves, predominantly within Europe and the United States
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with clients at the events to ensure their long-term business

This is a role that revolves around communication and client interaction. As a result, you’ll need to be a confident talker with charisma to match. Comfortable interacting with all manner of executives right up to key stakeholders and decisionmakers of large organisations, you’ll be armed with a quick-wit, personable attitude and impeccable people skills. A natural conversationalist, your verbal skills will engage clients both over the phone and face-to-face, bolstered by your enthusiastic personality and infectious energy. Meanwhile, your drive and ambition will provide you with the ammunition you need to learn on the job and grow in the role, allowing you to advance up the ladder of success.

 

What qualifications and experience do I need?
