Creative Marketing Manager | £32K – £36K base with OTE of £50K

Hybrid working with office in Bristol – 2 days PW in the office and remainder home working

What would I be doing there?

So, this is a big shout, but you’ll see why – they are looking for that special person who firstly “gets them” and share the same values, but is also; super creative, a bit of a marketing tech wizz, but is also commercially focused,

You’ll be leading the marketing function by:

• Owning brand awareness and audience share
• Driving audience and subscriber growth activities and campaigns
• Managing media partnerships
• Managing a small, growing marketing team

So, where do, my talents fit into this?

So, you will have worked in a similar role, ideally in a media or subscription type business. You’ll need to be commercially aware and have a good understanding of marketing data and analytics and what to do with them. You’ll be skilled in the fine marketing arts of:

• Campaign delivery and planning
• Brand strategy
• Lead gen
• Paid advertising
• Social media
• Growing subscribers and audiences
