Up to £32,000 base with very realistic OTE of £68K ++ first year (uncapped)

Hybrid or remote working (office in Malvern)

 

Who are these people?

This very well established, highly innovative global software firm develops niche software solutions that improve document change visibility where accuracy is absolutely critical, such as; government, Fintech, aerospace and defense. They work with a range of SME’s and global blue-chip companies including IBM, Microsoft, Boeing, Reuters.

 

What would I be doing there?

As the key business development manager, you’ll be the person responsible for generating new business globally.

Their business has successfully been built on referrals and inbound enquiries - this new business role is a first so it’s an untapped market with plenty of low hanging fruit.

  • Generating and closing new business opportunities (you’ll have autonomy on how best to do this)
  • Managing and developing long term business relationships at a high level with SME and blue-chip clients globally
  • Working as a key part of the SMT team, with a viewpoint to progressing this into a Sales Director role
  • You’ll work alongside the technical director to help with tech implementation and advise where needed.

 

So, where do, my talents fit into this?

Ideally, you’ll have come from a technical sales role

  • You’ll be a hunter who is not afraid of breaking down barriers to speak with the key decision maker
  • You’ll be solution led with a consultative approach
  • Preferably you will have in a specific vertical previously like Fintech, ecommerce, tech, or within SAAS
