Who are these people?

This high-level, fast growing niche events organiser provide bespoke platforms for senior level Life Science executives to engage and network whilst providing a series of highly interactive live and digital roundtable discussions and idea sharing opportunities.

What would I be doing there?

You’ll play a really important part in the shaping and the format of the events:

• Researching and identifying market trends which enable the production of excellent quality, focused gatherings
• Building and engaging with your growing network of experts and thought leaders
• Identifying key trends, and influencers within the Life Sciences industry
• Creating content and shaping the format of each event making sure that topics are relevant and current
• Attending events internationally, mainly in Boston, San Francisco, Munich - meeting clients and making sure everything runs super smoothly (travel around 6-7 times per year)
• Project management of the digital and live events

You’ll be a smart and energetic type, with tons of creative ideas how to continuously improve the event format quality:

• A track record in creating successful B2B events and securing high level speakers
• Preferably you’ll have worked previously on events within Life Sciences
• You’ll have excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task working on more than one project at a time and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and telephone skills with a strong attention to detail
