What would I be doing there?

You’ll be the face of the sales department and responsible for…

  • Developing new, and managing existing key relationships with well-respected global businesses, this could be through your existing network, referrals, approaching them via email, social media or by phone
  • Creative and able to use a number of appropriate methods to build relationships with key decision makers (usually Founders, CMO’s, MD’s, CEO’s, media planner buyers, dialer managers, data managers and budget holders)
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small, growing sales team
  • Managing P&L's to drive business profitability 
  • Running sales meetings and reporting on pipeline to the directors and the team

You’ll be industry experienced within data and lead gen and you’ll also be:

  • A natural salesperson with the ability, confidence and gravitas to speak key influencers
  • An excellent communicator over the phone, in writing, and face to face
  • Ambitious, creative and keen to be involved in an exciting fast growth company
  • intellectually curious, with a growth mind-set, always keen to learn
  • Capable of handling and managing data
  • Handling and managing data deliveries with the production department
