Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with comprehensive experience building a global brand to drive sales for B2B engagement with large Global Companies. A strong understanding of Leadership Development and its value to an organisation is key alongside the ability to nurture and develop strategic and new client relationships. You will ideally have a solid background in Sales and Marketing or Business Development engaging with Global companies.  

The business has established an innovative set of offerings in the leadership and culture space and our clients list includes DHL, Heineken, Accenture, Takeda Medical, Go Cardless and others.  We are now looking for an ambitious fun-loving person who wants to create a global brand in the leadership and strategy space.

  • Management of the business development aspect of The Core Story working closely with The Co-Founder
  • Weekly sales outreach calls and emails to manage clients through the sales pipeline
  • Cultivate & maintain new partnerships
  • Utilise content from the programmes or social media campaigns to maximise impact of client outreach
  • Streamline and maintain the use of The Company CRM
  • Create sales materials in line with strategy or sales initiatives where applicable
  • Report weekly to the Co-Founder with sales updates
  • Hit required sales targets in line with the Companies growth plans

 

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines
  • Proven previous demonstrable experience of hitting targets & KPIs
  • Background of working in B2B sales
  • Strong project management skills
  • Tech savvy / used to working online globally
  • PowerPoint experience / sales material collation
