Researcher | Trainee Executive Search Consultant
£25K - £32K Base salary with uncapped commission (circa £45K OTE first year)

Firstly you'll work on the delivery team as a research consultant to make sure that you fully understand the methodologies and processes that go into delivering exceptional results to their clients.
- You'll be gathering and presenting market intelligence
- Talent mapping.
- Interviewing high level senior executives,
- Psychometric testing
- Effectively Prospecting to medium sized > blue chip companies across Europe.
- Selling to clients face to face and over the telephone.
- Meeting clients at senior and board level - on occasions overseas.
- Presenting talent solutions to senior level executives.
So, where do, my talents fit into this?
- You will be a very credible and professional sales executive or recruiter with a laser sharp attention to detail.
- Preferably you will have had at least a year of successful B2B experience as a sales executive or have previously worked as a recruitment consultant.
- A massive passion and hunger to further develop your sales career and your skills portfolio.
- You'll love a good challenge and embrace coming out of your comfort zone and learning more.
