What would I be doing there?

You’ll be the glue that holds it all together in a well-established, fast growth, entrepreneurial firm

Working alongside the senior management team, to ensure capability planning and deployment by the team
Supporting and driving company culture and vision
A key member of the management team - working closely with the directors driving operational business expansion, supporting long term growth
Key client and supplier management
Working with compliance and quality control to mitigate risk and maximise performance.
Leading, and continuously improving internal business processes and efficiency
Leading operations to ensure successful customer delivery for the business within the team
