Each event they run delivers a tailored and unique experience based around their clients’ growth objectives. They have a deep knowledge of their industry and have solid relationships with highly respected global, blue-chip clients.
Due to incredible success they are expanding into a larger Bath based office and looking for their next future sales superstars to join them in their exciting growth journey that covers expansion into Europe and US.
What would I be doing there?
Your role would to be to:
- start, build and maintain solid relationships with key decision makers within well-respected innovative global organisations, with the objective of generating new business.
- Travel globally to summits and meet your clients face to face making sure that they have an excellent experience whilst getting maximum return on their investment.
- Maintain strong, long lasting business relationships ensuring that your clients are getting maximum global coverage and value by understanding their message to market.
So, where do, my talents fit into this?
Ideally you will come from a new business sales role, liaising with high level decision makers. Above all though you’ll be:
- Passionate, driven, eager to progress your career and play part in an exciting growth plan.
- Confident and a calm in your approach when dealing with senior, influential decision makers - over the phone and face to face.
- Consultative in your sales style, good questioning skills with the ability to build rapport and key relationships with global influencers.
- Resilient, tenacious, able to build real value in your conversations, dealing with objections nice and smoothly.
