  • £18,000 – 25,000 Basic Salary
  • Very realistic OTE: £45K+

Through a combination of strong work ethic, super high standards and a client-focused mentality, we are now looking to expand with the addition of a new superstar Client Support Executive to help us serve our growing client list and streamline the communication between clients and candidates.

 

What would I be doing?

As a Client Support Executive, daily tasks will include:

  • Helping to source the very best talent from both sides of the Atlantic
  • Speedy response to applications and communicating with applicants
  • Marketing support on social media, email campaigns, creative work, video
  • Liaising with clients to arrange interviews with suitable candidates
  • General business admin; including managing databases, updating our CRM system, etc.
  • Positively representing the company as a brand ambassador and business advocate

 

What do they expect from me?

We are looking for a creative and energetic go-getter with the drive and passion to go the extra mile. Organised and professional with a keen attention to detail, you’ll be a natural multitasker with the ability to manage your daily workload effectively and keep a cool head in pressure situations.

Communication is a big part of this role so good communication skills are a must. A natural conversationist, you’ll be just as effective speaking over the phone as you are connecting via email and have a friendly personality to match.

Tip top literacy and IT skills are required, as is a strong familiarity with MS Office. Marketing and social media tasks may also be required, so knowledge of these areas would be desirable. If you possess these skills and have a great personality to match, you could well be the superstar candidate this employer is looking for!

 

What qualifications and experience do I need?

We’re looking for a hungry and creative professional that’s eager to learn, grow and progress up the career ladder. Previous experience of sales, marketing and the recruitment process is desirable but not essential.
