What would I be doing?
Your role as a Business Development Manager will be to identify, prospect and close new sales opportunities you’ll also be:
- Tailoring bespoke client solutions
- Liaising with your prospects over the phone, email, video and face to face
- Building long lasting business relationships.
What would they expect from me?
You’ll need to be a super sharp, confident all-round communicator with a drive and passion for sales in a goal orientated environment. You’ll be a tenacious type with a professional, businesslike manner.
You’ll be you’ll be a great at negotiation and working out the best solutions for your clients.
A hunger for personal development and a willingness to learn new skills is a major plus point and will massively help you progress quickly up that ladder.
What qualifications and experience do I need?
Previously you would have worked in a fast paced, consultative sales role, you’ll be technical minded and used to using a CRM system. Your all-round communication skills will be impeccable, and you’ll be a brilliant relationship starter and builder
