In a usually bland and otherwise vanilla sector these guys use cutting edge technology, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and even TikTok to reach fast growth, innovative and ambitious next-gen businesses.
Not the sexiest thing in the world but insurance is critical for business large and small, particularly in this climate with unexpected business interruptions and supply chain issues, and with sudden change happening quickly – companies need to be prepared.

What would I be doing there?
You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with high-growth businesses, this could be through referrals, introductions or by targeting them by email, LinkedIn, Instagram or by phone – you’ll be creative and be able to use a number of appropriate methods to get the attention of the key decision maker (usually the Founder, CEO, CFO or COO).

You’ll be a smart energetic type, full of beans, with tons of creative ideas and a growth mindset - ideally from a fast growth, next generation background. Not necessarily from an insurance background you will be:
- A natural salesperson with the ability, confidence and gravitas to speak key influencers
- An excellent communicator over the phone, in writing and face to face
- Ambitious, creative and keen to be involved in an exciting fast growth company
- Intellectually curious and always keen to learn
- Capable with handling data
- A strong interest in sustainability and the positive impact businesses can have
